Access Blocked to two courses (SQL+Tableau+python) & (Advanced Statistical Methods in Python)

Actually. the access was blocked for two courses so far as demonstrated by the screen shots. The 1st course is (SQL+Tableau+python) & the 2nd course is (Advanced Statistical Methods in Python). Please, help to solve the courses access problem.
