I've recently started a course of the free november but am I going to have a certificate or not as the offer has ended?

If you completed the course during the free access period and passed the exam, your certificate will remain in your account. However, after the free access ends, to receive certificates for any future courses or exams, you would need to subscribe to a premium plan.
