Anaconda prompt on Mac is not working

Hello guys,

I´d like to know how to enter the anaconda promt on mac. On google they said to just open the terminal on mac and type the stuff of this video in it. I downloaded everything and it seemed to work. But when I reopened jupiter and anoconda no changes could be found.

I would really appreciate your help here and overall appreciate if you could do the same videos for mac when it is necessary especially when it is not that easy. Thank you alot.
