"Ask a Question not working"

I have not seen this error before, have you tried entering a different question?

The point is once i click on "ask a question" that's what powerBi brings out, it doesn't enable where to type the question.

have you tried clicking outside any of the visuals (blank space on the page) and then clicking on the `Q&A ` visual from the Visualizations list? 

I'm curious if this issue was resolved as I get the same thing for both Q&A and Smart narrative in desktop. My snowflake data is imported.
