calculating last year and last Q ?
It seems to me in calculating last year total sales, it write the same values of total sales col but starting in 2012; same with last Q.
you can notice that they are the same values but each has a different row to start in !!!
Also, it must be the same values in total sales for each col when it start to get values !!

maybe relation between two tables is bi-directional same case is with me

I guess, the purpose of these calculations is to compare sales now with sales amount which was a year / a quarter ago.
