Clarity needed regarding QQ Plot.

I have checked the documentation of scipy library and it says that "probplot generates a probability plot, which should not be confused with a Q-Q or a P-P plot. " So if probplot does not give the Probability-Probability Plot or Quantile-Quantile Plot, then what exactly is the probability plot given by the probplot. But here it is explained as QQ plot which is not tallying with the documentation on scipy. Could you please clarify this.
