Dashboard Incorrect Exam Score Percentage Display

I had just an attempt but the exam ID on the dashboard is different from the ID on my final exam certificate.
So I believe my "Best Exam Score" should display "100% and not "0%"
My "Exam Result" should display "Pass" and not "Fail"
And the "Average Score On (my) Career Track Exams" should display "100%" and not "50%"
Please is there any explanations for the current display on my dashboard?
