Deep Learning - Minimal Exercise

Course: Complete Data Science Training: Mathematics, Statistics, Python, Advanced Statistics in Python, Machine & Deep Learning

I'm working at  section 43 excercise , I've got 3 questions

1. I cant figure out why my 3d plot is in trouble, can't print the  spots  (output 4)

2. Why the training models aren't  decreasing and be like irregular numbers, not like the lecture  the number is getting smaller (output7)

3. The weights and the biases are not looking well (output8)
