Failed to download attached Excel Files

Hey there! I have a problem downloading all the attached excel files in the Intro to Excel Course. When I click on the link for the file, all it shows is a site named filepicker.io but it says that the server IP could not be found. The Webpage opened when I click on the attach url for file download
