Football Transfer analysis

Good evening

i am on task 1 of this project

1. i have seperated the country and continent into 2 columns using text to column feature

2. i have filled the continent section  of incoming transfer using absolute reference and dragging for each country( i found this time consuming ,, is there a shorter way)

3. i am trying to fill the continent section of out going transfers, i have used conditional formatting .. setting new rules but it is not working. 

kindly advise on how to go about it. tx
