Resolved: Graph shown: heteroscedastic or homooscedastic?

Is the example graph heteroscedastic or homoscedastic?

The explanation was a bit confusing since there wasn't anything to compare against visually.

I believe it's heteroscedastic but would like confirmation.

What's shown in the video is a hetersocedastic graph. The variance starts to grow. We should have put a label to it. You're right. Thank you.
