I Paid already but I can't access the course??

Hi I just purchased the $69/3 months promo last night and when accessing the courses it still says I have to pay for a premium?? I just did. I have my invoice right here paid via PayPal. I already emailed support, messaged them on FB and still no answer. I used jerusalem.danephraim@gmail.com please please fix this.

Hola soy Robinson y acabo de comprar la misma promoción, mi número de pedido es el 365DATASCIENCE201113-5659-56115 y aún no he podido acceder a producto que adquirí con ustedes. He tratado  incluso de restablecer mi contraseña, reseteando mi pasword, pero  me dice que el email no esta asociado con ninguna cuenta. Necesito ayuda.
