Neural Network Type

in Convolutional Neural Networks with TensorFlow in Python / Primary classification task - Part 1

Dear 365 Data Science Team,

Kindly, request a clarification regarding the NNs type. Why we didn't use the CNN in this business case?
I see we are using the Deep Neural Network?
Isn't CNN is the best for image classification?
