I hope they will open access to the software. Perhaps the workaround would be to use a VPN, but considering that it's the government is the one restricting access to the website not sure how optimal and ok this is.

You can simply use this website, it's just connected to ChatGPT thru APIs and I compared the results of 100 propmt and I got the same answer.

If you are unable to use the OpenAI then go to google bard.
I Feel instead of that we can also probably use other tools like bard from google, huggingface etc., and i think bard is available all over the world
