Refund Request: Withdrawal from Subscription

I recently submitted a refund request for 365 datascience and 365 financial analyst I registered for, but it's been 12 days and I still haven’t seen the money returned to my bank account. Has anyone else experienced something similar? What’s the typical turnaround time for refunds in this situation? I’ve tried reaching out to customer support, but I’m not getting clear answers.
