Trying to use my two 20% discount from card collections

Hi, there.

I had acquired two of these benefits from card collections, I was on the monthly plan. Now I am trying to renew my plan and upgrade it to the quarterly plan. I can't use them. I also tried to renew with my original plan, still can't use them. What should I do?
