Type of method and import data in Excel

You did a great job, but I had a few questions about entering the data, which you would like to answer.
If the data is such that it has 2 properties or 2 columns called y z (one of these properties can be called x at the same time), it means that it actually has 3 columns.
We have a few y and z for each x.
How to register this data nugget in Excel?
Can the time series method be used? What should I do?
