UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

For the last 1 week, I have been trying to complete the payment for a 1-year subscription but my card is getting declined. My international transaction is also working as I have recently made an international purchase.
I read that there are other methods of payment like PayPal or Amazon Pay but I’m unable to change my payment setting to either of these. I can't find those payment options anywhere. and the black friday sale is ending soon in another few hours I really am in need of this course, please find a solution to this as soon as possible so i could enroll for this course.
