Where did my lifetime access go?

It's been a while since I last logged in. But when I did, my whole lifetime access' gone. Now I cannot complete anything. Why did I subscribe to a Lifetime Access Subscription if it's gonna get expired without my notice. Besides, I paid for lifetime access so I can get back to it later. Please, resolve the issue!
