Why can't I log in to my courses?

Hi, I paid the 365 Data Science 1 year subscription yesterday and I still do not have access to my courses. Each time I attempt to log in to my courses I get an incorrect email or password message. What's going on? I've been trying to log in to my courses since yesterday.
