0.33% Increase in DAU

Could you please explain how 91 DAU difference translates to a 0.33 % increase between the test and control group?

Yes this is confusing, I don't understand how the difference between the control group and the active group is canculated as 0.33%

Hello, I guess the answer should be 29.34% for calculating increase in percentage

i calculated a 0.42 % DAU increase between the test and control group:


90.97*1.414std = 128.63 users

129 users/ 30674 users = 0.42% change in DAU

It's talking about a rate of variation.

X end - X start)/x start


When we want an increment of 91 users (absolute), this is (x end - x start)
and x start ​ is the mean = 30,673.

so : 91/30673 = 0.0029 = 0.29%
 It's the relative standard deviation.
