Resolved: 4 certificate obtained before new platform 365 . all showing "certificate not found" .. why?
why suddenly when i press certificate . it showing certificate not found. i did 4 courses and completed all 4.
but when 365data science change to this new platform. i cannot find the certificate anymore.. and all 4 certificate i did before . all showing " certificate not found"
please help. TQ

I have the same problem. I have finished two courses, but in the new platform I have no
path to the certificates.
Also, English subtitles have been removed for all courses, and that is a real problem
for non-English speakers. Even those of us who have a higher English level,
need the support of subtitles in difficult contents, so as not to miss any
details. Certainly, the learning program is excellent, but nowadays, include
English subtitles, is essential to reach a global and large student population.
Please, I understand that the new platform has been a lot of hard work for you, but
remember to fix the subtitle problem.
What I'm doing so far, is continuing with the teachable version to see subtitles and modify the speed as needed. Then I'll just skip the same videos on the new platform.
Have same issue with certificates! Have 2 courses completed before new platform launch, now both cannot be found even after inserting a credential URL (I suppose it is the URL we get via email to download the certificate after course completion).
I have the same problem with the certificates of all the courses that I finished. Moreover, the quizzes are in blank but I answered all. Please 365, your attention to this.

Hi Everyone. today i checked the system (2nd feb 2021). seem like all the certificates are here now on the new platform.
Hopefully all of you getting yours as well.
Not all. I'm still unable to see some certificates. Eg. The Python Programmer Bootcamp.
