Active Subscription
It says I have no active subscription in Manage Subscriptions - yet I am still billed monthly. Why?

Regarding subscriptions, payment methods, refunds, etc. please write directly to team@365datascience.com.
There is sensitive information involved and is much better to discuss it in email form, rather than publicly in the Q&A hub.
