An error found in the solution of question 21!!!!! it should be axis=1

For a better understanding of axis concept, apply shape attribute on the array
For 2D array, we got a shape of (1, 0) where column axis = 0 and row axis =1
For 3D array, we got a shape of (2, 1, 0) where column axis =1, row axis = 2
