Hello Everyone, I just want to know why the business speicialization Module 5 is locked, and what does it take to get it opened?

Same question here. It doesn't say how to unlock those courses.

The Business Specialization module unlocks as you advance in the program. At different levels you will be able to unlock different courses that are part of the Business Specialization module. We will work on making this a bit clearer to users.
