Cancellation of the subscription and refund

Hi,
I just wondering is that possible to have my recent subscription refund as I havn't login to use this account for a while, and totally forget that. The email of the subscription was automatically going into the trash box of my email. Sorry for any inconvienince

It will be very appreciated if you can do the refund. I did learn a lot on this website, and will recommend my friends to come and check your website as well.
