changing subscription model

Hi,

I want to switch over from my monthly subscription (which is still on the teachable platform) to the annual offer. I cancelled the teachable subscription (which ends on June 4th) but before I sign up for the annual subscription model - will all my progress be retained? I'm concerned because although the accounts will be tied to the same email they are on different platforms.

You can proceed with the purchase on our new platform. We will extend your subscription with the overlapping days from your old one.
When you do so, please make sure to email us at: team@365datascience.com so we can make sure your progress is transferred correctly.

Hi,

So it seems the subscription update did not go through. It says I'm signed up for the yearly plan but I'm locked out of all premium content and i keep getting notifications to upgrade. Obviously some confusion because I quit the monthly plan on the previous platform (teachable) and signed up on the new platform with your new platform, using the same email: timothybenjaminbeckett@gmail.com. I wrote the team at the above address but trying here as well. it seemed to go smoothly at first but now I can't access the content.
