Unable to connect to server, shows message " can not connect to server"

Unfortunately, due to the quality of the picture, I am unable to read the complete error message, as well as the error code. However, please do check if the TCP/IP port you are using has been blocked by a firewall or some other software. Make sure it has not been blocked. Then, restart workbench to see if this solves the issue.
