creating a table

Then you have to drag a field which will contain your values inside the table. I believe that was shown in the video, correct? Do you want to send me a screenshot?

Let's try to drag the Year field to 'Rows'? This should show you the years in your database as a sequence.

Did you create the calculated fields for Year, Months, and Number of Records? I can't see that in your screenshot.
