Dimensions , Measures & Number of Records .

In my Tableau View and after draging the (Data) file to the field , i didn't find Measures and Dimensions at the left side as shown by u . The Years aren't under Measures , and the (country name) , (indicator name) aren't under Dimensions . I don;t have (Dimensions) or (Measures) . Moreover , there is no (Number of Records) in my tableau .
