Do we get hands on experience
When we take the Yearly subscription do we get real life experience and access to tools/programming platforms? So that we can practice?

I would say that the answer to your question is yes for both the yearly and monthly subscription. The exercises we have provided would allow you to see how tasks are being carried out in a working environment.
