Resolved: Doubt abour chart3 and KPI
Hello,
I have a question about whether the chart created in section 3 of the course correctly addresses the business question.
If I understand correctly, the business question we want to answer is:
If X books were sold in a month, how many reviews were written for those books?
With the chart displayed and the current data blending configuration (Month Purchase - Month Reviews and Year Purchase - Year Reviews), the result being shown is:
"In a given month, X reviews were written / X books were purchased during that month."
However, the reviews written in that month do not necessarily correspond to the books sold in that same month.
I believe it would be more accurate to change the data blending connection to Transaction ID Purchase - Review ID.
This way, we would directly address the question, as shown in the attached chart:

7% of audiobooks sold in October received reviews.
October and September were the months with the highest percentage of sold books that received reviews, at 14.1%.
In December 2017, there is no data because none of the books sold in December have received reviews yet.
Best regards, and thank you in advance. I look forward to your response.

Hi Enrique,
I think your reasoning is correct. We have discussed this issue here:
