Error in codes on line 151 & 166

Line 151 the for loop: error is: index 6 is out of bounds for axis 1 with size 6
Line 166: error is: index 7 is out of bounds for axis 1 with size 7

I don't know what these errors mean. I followed exactly what was in the course in terms of the coding.
