Resolved: Excel

I have a doubt which occurred while I was working on the H-lookup exercise. Why did the answer had the column value(2) instead of the row value (14)? Since we are working on Hlookup then shouldn't we use the data from the rows and the corresponding row number?

Hi! Thanks for your question. Please bear in mind that we do not use the actual row number, but the distance from the criteria (yes, in terms of rows). So, in this case the criteria is two rows from where we are and hence we have 2. Best, Ned
