Extrenal Tools Option is Missing from Ribbon
There is no option as External Tool in the Ribbon in order to connect the Tableau Editor

Have you downloaded any External Tools? Tabular Editor is a third party app that is not part of Power BI, once you have it installed then you can see External Tools
