File doesn't let open

Dear 365 DataScience staff, I am referring to “Credit Risk Modeling in Python”. I have problem with the files, which stored in “Our example: consumer loans. A first look at the dataset”. I see kind of this files “Credit%20Risk%20Modeling%20-%20Preparation%20-%203-1.ipynb“ and „Credit%20Risk%20Modeling%20-%20Preparation%20-%20With%20Comments%20-%203-1.ipynb“ If I download these files then I see this: “Credit Risk Modeling - Preparation – 3-1” and “Credit Risk Modeling - Preparation - With Comments – 3-1”   If I upload these both files in Juypiter Notebook I get warning: “Cannot upload invalid Notebook: The error was: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data” Furthermore I cannot open with “loan_data_backup = pd.read_csv('loan_data_2007_2014.csv')” the data “ loan_data_2007_2014.csv”. I get warnings “ParserError: Error tokenizing data. C error: Expected 1 fields in line 3, saw 2”   I download it again but it has still the same issue.   Best regard Volkmar Meiller
