Why does my account say that it's a "Free Account" when I've paid for the 12 months subscription plan? Also what is a "Super Learner" label, and how can I get it?

Same here. I was doing the free preview and then paid for $69/3 months plan. And then when I checked the courses are still unlocked! It's so hard to contact them and even harder to find the refund button.
