Git bash ctrl + alt + 2 does not give “at”

When I press ctrl + alt + 2 on my keyboard in google it gives me an "at" sign. But when I try this in Git bash to configure my emailadress ctrl + alt + 2 gives an "r" instead of an "at" sign.

For other ctrl + alt combinations it is often the same problem. How can I solve this?
