How to Connect SQL and Tableau
Good morning, I found it difficult to navigate to workbench or to edit the employees_mod.sql file on the tableau public version I downloaded. I followed the steps provided to download the Tableau public. I just can't navigate to where I will edit or write the commands needed. Yours in anticipation

Thanks for reaching out.
You don't need to use Tableau public to edit the employees_mod.sql file. You need to start Workbench and execute it as a regular set of queries from there. Then, you will be able to work with the employees_mod database from there.
