I cancelled my subscription within a month, but I didn’t receive information about my refund

Hey guys, i started the annual plan on  03 June 2021 and I cancelled my subscription in 30 June 2021. (After 28 days, which means i am eligible for a full refund) I received an email that confirms my cancelation but it didn’t receive any information about my refund or its status.what’s going on??
