Resolved: Mean error in exercise

in Statistics / Mean, median, mode

Hi, I'm having a problem calculating the mean in the exercise. I'm using the formula =AVERAGE(B11:B21) but I'm just getting an output of #########. Calculating the median and mode both work. What do I do?
