My account has been charged aoutomatically.

I have not intended to subscribe to your service this month. I decided to quit it and just used your service in only one month from 15 Seb - 15 Oct.
But you have charged me automatically via PayPal.

I have checked the subscription status in my account a couple of times and there is no active subscription then I thought that there will be no charges from my account from 15 of October.

Why did you charge this amount as long as there is no active subscription my account?

how can you cancel my subscription and arrange a refund to my account?
