My course is locked :(

Today I want to start to learn this course but I saw that it had been locked.
That made me so much sad.
I enrolled in this course two weeks ago in "Free Unlimited Access" but I don't have access to all parts of the course and it asks me to charge my account.
All courses I enrolled is ok but this course isn't.
I think your website has a bug. Please open the access for me to study this course.

I've checked now and there are more courses has this problem. WHY? You've told us we will have full unlimited access to all contents.
For example I've checked and "Fashion Analytics Tableau" has this problem too.
