My name on Certificates doesn't match

Thanks 365DataScience for the content you've provided. I really appreciate it.
I've got a problem with certificates. At first I just wrote my first name "Khosro" in my profile. Then I wrote Full name. I'm wondering why my only first name is appearing on certificates?
Is it possible to correct this issue and I will get certificates with my Full name "Khosro Ghaemi", since I want to add these certs to my profiles for example LinkedIn.
