If I have a T~N(45.1, 19.0) and a mean 43.4 in a sample n=50 how can I calculate Z?
Z=(43.4-45.1)/(19/sqrt(50))?

Yes, you're on the right track. If you substitute the values in the Z equation you provided you'll obtain Z.
