Optimal learning rate and iterations

in Deep Learning with TensorFlow 2 / Training the model

I found 0.05 learning rate together with 100-150 iterations and 0.02 lr with 200 iterations to have the best outcome no matter the data size. Is it correct? Are there any other recommendations you can give me?
