payment issue(cannot complete my payment have been trying with every bank cards)

I cannot complete my payment i am from india i have used mastercards of sbi,federal and hdfc banks ,international transactions are available in all of them but still its shows "we regret that the order could not be accepted....."need help.. i have been trying the past 3 days.hope you can help.
