payment issue: Uable to pa using Debit/Credit cards

I am unable to pay for the course using my credit/debit card. I have tried with multiple banks cards, please tell me how to make the payment?  In my email query, I received an automated response saying that the resolution may take many days to complete. Seek immediate help.
