Payment issues for the discounted course can't be made

I'm find it difficult to pay for the 60% discounted course,  I can't complete my payment i am from Nigeria and i have used mastercards debit card and PayPal all I get is "we regret that the order could not be accepted....."need help.. i have been trying the for days. I Have few hours left for the discount for t he month of May to be over.
