Hi Abdur-Rasheed! Thanks for reaching out! It is best to use MySQL. This is the database we've structured the entire course around and we think it should save you time to use MySQL. After you've completed the course, it will be easier to transfer to another database rather than having to regularly check how the code you see in MySQL should be written in postgresql at every step.
